This FREE movement class will teach personal safety skills, build empowerment and boost self-confidence while developing your strength and flexibility. No skills needed, just your willingness to try something new! Feel free to drop in any Tuesday evening, 5:30pm in the Senior Center. If you are 15 or older, join us!
